  1. Chemostats cultures growing on Ethanol and limited on:
    1. Ethanol: [Ethanol] = 30mM
    2. Nitrogen: [N] = 1.5 mM
    3. Phosphate [P] = 0.15mM
  2. Growth Rates
    1. Chemostat dilution rates: 0.05, 0.1, 0.14 per hour
    2. Corresponding to: 14, 7, 5 hours per doubling
  3. Each chemostat culture was sampled 3 times, once every 48 hours
    1. mRNA. References for the micro-arrays: Glucose limited cultures growing at dilution rates 0.025 and 0.25 per hour
    2. Metabolites. Reference the metabolites: Two phosphate glucose limited culture growing at dilution rate 0.05 per hour
